The Windows executable you download does not have a digital signature even though
the InstallMate tool they use to generate it does have the capability to include
one.

Downloading a 400+MB installer and going though all the rigamarole to extract the new lmf$license.ldb from the embedded disk image every 6 months seems kind of onerous.
