The PersonalAlpha software included a disk image with a PSCI file that installs
the IDLE driver (SYS$IDLE.EXE).

I've never been able to share a network interface with Windows network stacks. I
always assign it its own network card with a Realtek chip that supports changing the address. I think I got an updated NDIS/PCAP package from somewhere else, both emulators seem to work with it.
