I believe the two big ones are RDB and Oracle classic.

MariaDB is fork of MySQL. There is an official MySQL 5.1 port to VMS,
but that is obsolete so I would look at Mark Berryman's MariaDB
port.

Mimer supports VMS.

All the Java RDBMS'es most likely run on VMS.

SQLite is available for VMS.
