There are certainly lots of VMS sites not running a RDBMS.
But my assumption would be that the VMS systems running RDB
(or Oracle classic) are a pretty big chunk of VMS dollar sale.
I have no idea if it is 25% or 40% or something else. But VMS can ill
afford to loose that business.
