Others are also have high stability and availability. Can't imagine
where you see Rdb as being better at this. It is , at best, equal
to the others.
Ease of Use is yet another subjective comparison. As someone with
no experience with Rdb I wold certainty not find it easy to use and
would have to do everything with an open book next to me at all times.
The only one of your examples that stands a chance of being true
is "high integration with VMS and VMS compilers". And the truth
or value of that may be subjective as well.

Yeah, that's another of the red herrings we get here all the time.
Anything better that anyone other system does is probably not needed
anyway.
