[Info-vax] Third node into 2-node cluster

My bad.  The 2 existing nodes of the cluster are rx2800 i2, not 2600.
The third node will eventually, in the future, function as more than a quorum vote giver and electricity sucker-upper.  For now, it's a third member - fully - of the cluster.  Thanks all for the input.
