Because the most modern editor shipped with VMS hasn't been updated
in nearly 3 decades so that's all there is to talk about. :-)

With other operating systems, people still ask the same questions
over and over again, but in that case, the questions are being asked
about more modern software.

Also, for those other operating systems, a Google search might point
to places like Stack Overflow which may already contain the answer
to the question so it doesn't need to be asked again.
