[Info-vax] What is MDMS and how do I fix this error?

Reduce the size of the (OPCOM) message by adding

	SET EVENT DISPATCHER SINK local_sink DISPLAYUID FALSE

to SYS$STARTUP:NET$EVENT_STARTUP.NCL
