[Info-vax] What is MDMS and how do I fix this error?

$ SEARCH DNEWS_TOP:DNEWS.CONF TIMEZONE

Everything as it should be. Strange.

$ tellnews reload conf
200 news.langstoeger.at DNEWS Version 5.4g4, S0, posting OK
 dnews.conf, newsfeeds.conf, access.conf, control.conf, expire.conf, nocem.conf reloaded
281 Completed
205 closing connection - goodbye!

So, alas, the next problem I have with DNEWS. I'm glad you saw my posting.
Last week I found that nobody answered to my posts in de.comp.os.vms,
because the postings never went out (and I have no idea why)...
