[Info-vax] DECserver 90TL (DSRVE-M) memory (found, sort of)

Just for the record, ...
I noticed today that one of the DECserver 90TL units which
I use for serial console access had vanished from the LAN. A
little part substitution from a donor unit revealed that the
(72-pin, 1MB) SIMM was bad:
MS40-WA A01
SAMSUNG
KMM536256BG-8
I felt bad about stealing one from an otherwise good
spare unit, so I looked through the old-memory pile, and
found a similar-looking (4MB) SIMM:
TOSHIBA
THM362500ASG-80
which also worked. So, the next time your only-30-year-old
junk suffers from similar part-quality problems, there may be
one more option lying around than you might have thought.
