When DIR works it has been proved that VSI can do it and the rest
is just a matter of spending man-hours.

But going from being able to execute a DIR to having a complete product
shipping to customers will require a lot of man-hours.

You know the old saying: the first 90% of the work takes 90% of
the time and the last 10% of the work also takes 90% of the time.
