Note that *all* ZIP files has fixed 512 bytes blocks. And they never
are any issue no matter what systems they are FTP'd between.

And, *if* the VMS file is saved into the ZIP file using the "save VMS
file attributes" switch, there is never any corruption and the ZIP file
will unzip just fine *on a VMS system*, no matter what route it took to
arrive there.
