Its not just you. :-)

The list is in ascending order on the right hand side and the
list is in descending order on the left hand side. The left hand
side list is also missing some items.

If you turn on Javascript, you can click on each item on the left
to expand it (clicking on an item when Javascript is disabled does
nothing for me).
