Linux is not a naughty word. It is one of a number of examples of
how other operating systems do some things way better than VMS does.
It is also an example of an operating system which provides security
features that VMS does not and shows how VMS has security weaknesses
which have long been addressed elsewhere or which never existed
elsewhere (at least in any modern operating system I am aware of).
