[Info-vax] VSI has purchased PERFDAT from HPE

For those of you not on the VSI mailing list, VSI have purchased
PERFDAT from HPE:

On the plus side, it's nice to see VSI now doing things like this.

On the minus side, VSI wrote x86 as "x-86" in the emailed announcement.

Please _never_ do that again. :-) It makes it sound like the announcement
was written by someone who doesn't understand what they are writing about
and _really_ stood out when I read the announcement.
