Any recent DECwindows release can have the DIGITAL logo inserted, if 
you're so inclined.  Or most any other logo.

This logo change is possible with the first Compaq-logo'd and all later 
DECwindows releases, and got easier with the HP-logo'd releases as the 
default logo was made directly accessible starting with the HP-logo'd 
releases.

As for your question, DECwindows with V7.3, based on running some 
searches here in Google Groups.

Google Groups search of the comp.os.vms newsgroup using the keywords 
/decwindows digital logo compaq/ will get you some details and 
discussions.
