[Info-vax] 3par ssh connection

I've attempted connectivity to 3par version 3.3.1 (MU2) from
OpenVMS V8.4-2L1 with VSI I64VMS TCPIP_PAT V5.7-ECO5O

warning: Authentication failed.
Disconnected; key exchange or algorithm negotiation failed
(Algorithm negotiation failed.).

Maybe there is something newer, but going through the VSI sftp site did not 
uncover it.
