So it was once upon a time with VMS. But Stephen Hoffman could say, now
not so true.

I thought about a fourth approach. Not so far from inertia concept, but
about the opposite: "it fits you".

The awfull "bespoke".

In a time getting a bespoke suit was thought as luxury. Now it is luxury
from luxury. Only bellionairs can afford it.

And on computer domain, now a lot of people (Stephen Hoffman knows
them), say "bespoke" is *bad* . Very difficult to argue that bespoke
just *fits* a need. And, yes, bespoke is a result of long long times,
the contrary of "agile".

But a bespoke suit can often accompany you a long long time, with
everyone looking at you with interest, as a ready-to-wear could be a
waste of money.

Difficult to argue with that, because it is out of the fashion week,
but we know a lot about waste of money with strange projects to port off
VMS.
