Yes, but why bother? These are *patches* and they need a running OpenVMS
system to install them on anyway, so why not simply unpack the kits there?

I think all these "thay can be unpacked on other places" posts are just 
silly...

And again, they can *not* be used to produce any kind of bootable CD.
