Sure I do, just so that I can connect enough disks.  :-)  Also, rolling 
upgrades are possible.

They are there for a reason.  If you don't make use of the benefit, that 
is your problem.

No.  Functionality.  Consider the command
DIR/SIN=<date>/BEF=<date>/FROM=<sender>/SUB=<subject> to select such 
messages.  Can Thunderbird do that?

The intrinsic quality of something is independent of whether one can get 
new ones.  Where can I get a cheap painting by Leonardo?  (In my case, I 
have enough spares to last me the rest of my life.)
