It's iTerm2.  From DCL, does alternating $ SET TERMINAL/WIDTH=132 followed by
$ SET TERMINAL/WIDTH=80 actually change the width of the windows?

There is a setting that seems to enable programmable resizing but it doesn't
do anything.  I'll look things up if needed.
