[Info-vax] putty settings for Charon

I am trying to set up a Charon alpha at home and I have very limited experience with this.

The boot seems to work OK. I have putty as OPA0. I try to log in on putty and that works but the password is expired.  I answer the prompts for the new password and it tells me that the password syntax is invalid.

I figure there must be some putty setting that solves this problem, but I can't find any putty setup info that solves the problem.  I have putty set for "raw" based on some info I found for setting up putty as OPA0 for Charon.
