For goodness sake, not _this_ again. :-(

VSI, after 5 years you should have this fully sorted out by now. :-(

Mark: to answer your question, the VSI website also lists info at vmssoftware.com
as a contact address.

Failing that, you could try sending your query via one of the VSI
employees who post here and ask them to forward your query.
Perhaps that might jolt VSI into sorting out their contact processes
once and for all.
