The "VSI OpenVMS [IA64] Version V8.4-2 Cover Letter and Release Notes"
list new features, bug fixes and improvements over HPE V8.4 on 28 pages.
V8.42-L1 adds SSL1 support as well as six patches for V8.4-2.
Most if not all of these improvements should be visible on Alpha as well
(except updates to UEFI support).
Hans.
