I think that would be (from the SET HOST HELP [for VAX]):

     SET HOST/DUP/SERVER=server-name/TASK=task-name  node-name

You may have to connect the FYA0: device for it to work.

I think that the initial TASK would be DIRECT, which would give a list of other programs that do more interesting things.

Also, there may be a bunch of RF*.EXE files in SYS$ETC:, most of which are microcode update files for various RF drives (I think).  RF_VERS.EXE may do something useful (sorry recollections are fuzzy and I don't have a VAX system handy to poke around on).
