First I would like to thank you all for your answers.
I do not want to spend more time on this drive, broken is broken ! And, by the way, the last time I check the host params status config of this drive he add more than 100000 power-on hours and power cycled more than 450 times.
RIP poor RF31 and thanks for good job!
I just want to share some info about this adventure:
I replaced all caps, check everything I could, swap the logic board but nothing else than BEEEEP BEEEEP ...
Finally I open the drive and find something interesting inside. At the opposite side of the heads, near the magnets there is a pin that avoid the heads to move outside the disks. That pin had a long time ago some rubber around but it was now like black glue. That can after some power off time lock your heads in place. It was not the root cause here.
Cheers.
