Actually, no, not in this case.
My email server is NOT listed in any RBL so RBL is not the reason my 
email to VSI was placed in the junk folder.  The one address that is 
present in a few RBLs is there for no other reason than the fact that 
the address is flagged as an ISP dynamic address.  However, that address 
is never used to deliver mail so there wouldn't be an RBL query against it.
At this point the most likely cause of my email being placed in a junk 
folder is due to some local rule.
