[Info-vax] running VMS on PWS (SRM console)

So these settings are lost when there is no power, and also the date and 
time since the TOY clock isn't running.  What about other console 
variables such as AUTO_ACTION and BOOTDEF_DEV?  Do they survive a lack 
of power on all models?
