Variously available on V7.3-2 and later with a patch, with mainline
availability V8.4 and later.
"Documentation"

This itemcode is missing from page 563 of the current VSI system
service reference manual.
https://www.vmssoftware.com/docs/VSI_OpenVMS_BaseOS/VSI_SYSTEM_SERVICES_REF_VOLI_10-APR-2019.pdf
A manual which also has odd sorting around _ characters in system
services, too. The underscores are seemingly ignored by the sort.
The similarly-retrofit lki$_locks_nonull is also missing from $getlki.
Prolly some other itemcodes from other simiilar back-porting efforts.
