[Info-vax] Device with owner that doesn't exist.

Hi.

This might have been discussed before, some years ago...

Is there a simple solution for the scenario below?

$ sh dev tna8883/fu

Terminal TNA8883:, device type LA120, is online, record-oriented
device, carriage control.

$ sh proc/id=000B85AB
%SYSTEM-W-NONEXPR, nonexistent process

I'm not interested in *why* this happens (I think I know why),
but how to get rid of the "Ower process ID" from the device.

The device cannot be deleted and recreted as long as this
owner field is not cleared.
