[Info-vax] TCPIP question

Itanium, VMS 8.1, TCPIP 5.2. (From memory; and yeah, that's old and
unsupported, but that won't change.)

A soon to be former client is moving their VMS machine's connection from
one ethernet switch to another and they're concerned that TCPIP won't
handle it well. I don't think it's a big deal; worst case they can
stop/start TCPIP, but is there a command to force the system to flush the
ARP table?
