Currently only Windows.

It looks like it is using Win32 API as GUI framework.

Since it is open source then anybody could try to port to
Linux - GTK or Qt. But I suspect that it would be a lot of work.

A lot easier to use Wine to run Notepad++ on Linux, which
supposedly works.
