Thx for the pointer.

Note - while the Dave C video was interesting, the video that popped up
after on Jim Gray was, imho, even more interesting. He talks about his
philosophy, companies he worked at (IBM, Tandem, DEC, Microsoft) and his
views on his work, family and life in general.
