Biggest problem I had with DECForms was that the license was *sometimes* bundled with the NAS (Network Application Support) licenses depending on level.  

I'd ported some of my VT "GUI" SMG stuff and written some new GUI stuff for our commercial products at Symark using DECForms assuming the it would work for anyone with a decent NAS license (which you needed for clustering, etc, anyway).
