ISO-8859-1 has 15 characters defined which are undefined in DEC-MCS. This would
make it a superset. However there are 5 rare characters which are different in
ISO-8859-1 and DEC-MCS. (¤, Å’, Å, Ÿ, ÿ in DEC-MCS)

Use what is best for you!
