[Info-vax] ACMS accounts ACMS$ACC, ACMS$CP, ACMS$QTI and ACMS$TSC

Yes I remember that too, but fact is that we have a system with ACMS
running perfectly and those accounts are not present. Hence our
question, are those accounts still used/needed at all today, and if
yes, what for...
