[Info-vax] VSI OpenVMS Hobbyist Program Announced.

As I see it, VSI offers a training environment for familiarization purposes. Look at the subtle hints, the nodename is STUDNT,  there’s a ready to use account available named STUDENT. The most obvious hint is that the system is not a VMS kit but ready to run. 

So, I’m waiting for a hobbyist offering, with separate H-kits and licenses. 
I do worry about VAX/VMS licenses though. 

Side question: Is there a perpetually valid PAK for the PL/I compiler (Alpha and VAX) available?
