So increase the price of DECnet.

Ponder what products and tech OpenVMS customers should adopt, and what 
products and tech is long-term problematic and best replaced.

Adjust the documentation, the purchasing and support pricing, the APIs, 
and the eventual feature deprecation plans, to align with those goals.

>From hard lessons years ago, polls accrue incremental info at best and 
most of which the product admin should already know or be able to 
extrapolate. Polls seldom garner info on where the product should be 
headed. If ever.
