That's been a longstanding issue with VSI comms including with the VSI website.

The VSI licensing info has been posted once or twice within the recent 
hobbyist-related threads, too.

Expect disk image or hypervisor guest for most folks.

Likely also other media (SDXC? DVD?) for those willing to pay
