Nobody is denying what GPL means.

But that is not what I am discussing above.

I am trying to make a clear distinction between moral/ethical
concerns and legal concerns.

Moral/ethical concerns give one significant freedom to
state subjective opinions.

Legal concerns are a bit different.

I would not accuse a company of license violation
which is a form of copyright infringement without
a very solid case.

Analogy: one can relative freely state that a named
politician economic policy is insane, but accusing
the same politician of accepting bribes requires
some documentation. And quoting the law that makes
bribery illegal is not relevant.
