Whether somebody has a license for a feature is not relevant to the
configurations that VSI considers supported.
Again, licenses have bupkis to do with what is considered supported.
As for limitations of the hobbyist license (VSICL or whatever
obfuscatory cryptonym), I'm sure VSI would be willing to sell you an
OpenVMS Alpha license and a clustering license, though you'll likely
also want a latter-era EV6 or later for that.
