I thought they said there was no possibility the last time this came up,
but I don't think gnat-llvm was on the horizon yet:

It's listed as experimental, but perhaps by the time VSI has a
self-hosting, up-to-date clang/llvm environment on VMS in a couple years
it will be less experimental.
