Unless Table 1 on page 2 of the VSI IA64 Operating Envirnonemt SPD <https://vmssoftware.com/docs/VSI_OpenVMS_OS_and_OE/VSI_OpenVMS_SPD_OS_V842.pdf> is not all inclusive, then it appears so.  But the compilers are in the files that can be downloaded. Due to the lack of clustering it will be some time before I can set up a VSI IA64 system so I won't know first hand what works and what doesn't.
