   They are, and Info-ZIP UNZIP (and other unzip programs) can.

   Of course, the maker failed to use "zip -a"
(/ADJUST_OFFSETS) after appending the archive to the
unzipsfx executable, so you tend to get complaints like the
followinf (on a Mac):

proa$ unzip -l  I640842L1U1.ZIPEXE
Archive:  I640842L1U1.ZIPEXE
warning [I640842L1U1.ZIPEXE]:  220160 extra bytes at beginning or within zipfile
  (attempting to process anyway)
