"Suggest" isn't strong enough. Mandatory is more like it if he wants
a usable system disk afterwards.
BTW, from a security point of view, and given the age of the VMS version,
I hope the OP's system is fully firewalled and otherwise locked down and
is running in a _fully_ trusted environment.
