[Info-vax] Backup restore system disk

1. Shut down, boot off the STABACKIT and run a backup with the system
   not running.

2. If at all possible, replace the system disk and do a restore, so if
   something terrible happens you still have the original system disk.

3. Or, get a disk defragmenter like Raxco's RABBIT-7.
