[Info-vax] TCPIP on VMS8.3/8.4

I am running an instance of HP OpenVMS 8.3 and one of VSI 8.4-2L1 on FreeAXP.

After changing my DSL router, I let them connect before binding their MAC address to fixed IP addresses.

However on reboot they both reverted to the previous IP address. I left thyem down for a time in excess of their lease, but they resolutely refuse to use the new addresses.

I have rebooted a few times, and also tries releasing and dropping the leases with dhcpconf to no effect.

Any ideas?
