Most should be in the released clang/LLVM 10.0.1 but I think I've seen a few changes past that.  

The missing support has been a concern of mine as well but with the FENV support and the integration of the flang compiler into LLVM, the missing floating exception support was added.  I've been sitting back and watching it.  It is 99.99% the model that GEM uses so our mapping should be easy as we bootstrap to those newer versions on native systems.
