Only if the operating systems being compared have the same level
of probing. Linux and Windows are probed by an entire army of
security researchers every day. VMS might get probed once in a
blue moon (at least until someone notices VSI's marketing claims).
Jon is right in his comment above and it's the same thing I have
also said multiple times.
