I thought DEC sold off the PL/I compiler and that the person it was
sold to retired and either sold off or wound down his business.
Given where Synergex are with Synergy compared to where VAX DIBOL
was before it was made obsolete, it's not viable for VSI to invest
the effort in making a version comparable to Synergy.
